What you will do:
- Collaborate with scientists to gather, analyze, and preprocess large-scale financial datasets
- Identify key predictive features from structured and unstructured data sources
- Develop and prototype machine learning/statistical/optimization models to drive investment decisions
- Formulate data-driven solutions by translating business metrics into mathematical models
- Design and engineer feature sets for model training using diverse data sources
- Implement and deploy machine learning pipelines to support scalable real-time analytics
- Work with cross-functional teams to improve model accuracy, interpretability, and efficiency
What we are looking for:
- 1+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or software engineering
- Proficiency in modern machine learning and statistical techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning
- Knowledge of regression, classification, clustering, and regularization methods
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, solving complex technical challenges
- Experience with ensemble learning, deep learning, or reinforcement learning (a plus)
- Experience with software engineering, system design, and scalable ML infrastructure (a plus)
